Provide the option to display the simplified loading view on the member report in BC Calc, which is the same view used in BC Framer reports. Currently the "all loads" view is used in BC Calc.

I want to input the start location for a load, hit the tab key once and input the end location, not hit the tab key twice to skip over the reference right checkbox.
