Allow a send to Calc from BC Framer without impacting the current analysis

BC Calc currently permits only one active session at a time per browser. Note: Incognito or In-private mode permits the user two concurrent sessions if needed.

Display the simplified loading on BC Calc reports for members from BC Framer

Provide the option to display the simplified loading view on the member report in BC Calc, which is the same view used in BC Framer reports. Currently the "all loads" view is used in BC Calc.
