BCFloorValue: Replace rating with Graphic

As a User, when running BCFloorValue, I would like to replace the rating (minimum, enhanced, or premium) with a graphic that coincides with the heat map to understand where on the spectrum the current joist is. 

(Ex: How close is the current design to the next rating or how close are the other proposed designs to the next rating?)

    (minimum, enhanced, or premium)  relates to the vibration calc not the heat map.

    Floor performance scale has been added to BC Calc.  Heat Map scale has been added to BC Framer details.
