Using the Filters doesn't show the project file

As a User, I would like all project files to show up in BCEstimator when opening from BCConnect, whether they are in the root of sub folders. CURRENT BEHAVIOR: Using the filters, Builders and Projects will not bring up the files in the root folder...

BCFloorValue: Heat map Legend on the Layout Sheets

As a user, I would like to place a BCFloorValue heat map key on my layout plans to indicate what the colors are showing.
