Using the Filters doesn't show the project file

As a User, I would like all project files to show up in BCEstimator  when opening from BCConnect, whether they are in the root of sub folders.

CURRENT BEHAVIOR:

Using the filters, Builders and Projects will not bring up the files in the root folder.

If you have already “saved as” into that project, it will create a sub-folder.  If there are files in the  in the sub-folders, then those files will ONLY show up.
