It would be helpful if the pop-up modals could be moved around.

Problem Context

The modals sometimes cover information that would be helpful to see at the same time as the modal.

Idea

Allow the modal to be moved by grabbing the title bar. The attached screen shot shows a material list in batch creation. There may be other pages and screens that would benefit.
