You accordingly hereby assign and agree to assign all intellectual property rights you may have in and to any such idea(s) to Boise Cascade, and you waive your moral rights to attribution and integrity as to any such submitted ideas. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR IDEA TO BOISE CASCADE.
