Checkbox for Full Width on Linear Loading

When applying linear loads we input the width, and more often than not that width is the full width of the beam/joist. If we adjust the length, or the bearings, all of the linear loads need to be edited. If there was a box in the loads input box to check for "full width" that would automatically adjust if the length or bearings were adjusted would be super helpful.
