Custom Required Fields

With the implementation of the UJL, different branches might require different required fields. It would be useful to have this ability to help all designers correctly fill out the Job Log before moving on.

Rearrange project Dashboard columns

Its nice that we can filter to show or not show some columns but it would be nice to be able to move the columns into different order of ones choosing.
