When attaching BCE or BCF file to BCC, limit lists to Active Jobs and/or Open Design Tickets

In the attached screenshot, I was connecting the BCE file to a design ticket, the drop-down menus include projects that have the sales status that is "Out for Bid" and is inactive in BCC.  It would be helpful that if the drop downs don't include inactive jobs - at least by default.  A 'find more' or similar button would be used to expand the menu when a designer needs to bring a job out of inactive and attached a new design ticket. 

These lists have the potential to become long as more history is added to BCC.  Some means is needed to limit the designers need to scroll and hunt & peck through long drop-down lists. 

Similarly, the Design Tickets should include only the open tickets in which a file can be attached.
