This will allow the designer to input and area load and then input line or point load that are referenced to the reference area load.
the designer can then assign a percentage of the load to be applied.
example:
if the designer draws a 10'x10' area load with 20LL/10 DL with 100% duration factor. the line load magnitude will be 100LL/50DL

One of the major benefit of this tool it also the dynamic update of all the loads that are referenced to the area load will automatically update.
IE. if the main laod is changed to 10DL/10LL the the updated line load will be dynamically updated to 50LL/50DL.
