Group Scaling of Framing Layouts

Adding the ability within the framing layouts tab to scale all layout pages in one group. Currently if you have 2 layouts or 17 layouts, you have to individually rescale pages if you want/need a different scale shown. Adding the option to scale all pages together with group scaling would be convenient.
