Produce a line item report without showing cut logic for rounded lengths

When members are set to stocking lengths other than 1' increments, a user should be able to produce a report listing items in the current Q/L Style format of "Cut Logic", but without showing the cut logic.  See the attached for 2 versions of the same material list.  I would like to be able to produce a report like the "Proposed.jpg" attachment.  In the "Proposed.jpg" list, only the shipped quantity/length is shown and the font is not bold.
