Move Group Labels

When preparing BCE drawings for production drawings, it would be very helpful to have the ability to select a group label and through the right click menu to adjust the location of the group label.  I would suggest Mid-span (default), "Left" Quarter, "Right" Quarter, Ungroup, and Hidden. Yes, sometimes, I will hide group labels, such as for ladder blocking where the label is more bothersome than helpful for identification.  Even better would be an ability to drag the group labels.

By Left and Right Quarter, I mean to offset from center.  Half way from end to center would nice.  Possibly, the thirds of the length of the member (1/3 and 2/3 from the start or end A) would be good, if quarters get to close to bearing/hangers and overlap other product labels.
