Update Project Status when all Actual dates are populated

Problem Context	Having the system automatically set the field based on certain triggers could help reduce the need for users to manually manage the Project Status field.
Idea	When the user changes any of the Actual dates on the Project Edit page UI, if the project’s “Actual Design Complete”, “Actual Cut Complete”, and “Actual Delivery Complete” dates are all populated, then the Project Status field is changed to “Complete” in the form as a system suggestion prior to saving.
