Update Project Status based on Design Work Status

Problem Context

Automating updates to keep Project Status in sync with the Design Work Status could help users not need to manually manage multiple statuses.

Idea

When an update to Design Work Status is made from the Project Edit page UI, the Design Work Queue UI, or due to a system triggered update, the Project Status value is auto-set by the system:

Design Work Status “In Progress” --> Project Status “Design”
Design Work Status “Complete” --> Project Status “Operations”
