Sync Assigned Designer with DST Designer

Problem Context

There is possibly duplicate work required for users to keep the project's Assigned Designer and a DST's Designer selections aligned. Unclear if there are valid use cases for the values not being aligned.

Idea

When any one of a project’s associated DST Designer fields are changed, the project’s Assigned Designer is updated to match.
