Problem Context: The current notification system is cumbersome to use and the information provided is lacking in clarity for identifying action items. The settings do not allow the user clear control over what/when they get notifications or what the system is trying to communicate.

Idea: Develop a system that functions as a valuable asset for users, offering them control over the content, method, and timing of their communication, thereby enabling them to focus on their essential job tasks.
