BCML - Material Row Notes

Problem Context

When working with a BCML, I sometimes have to send additional material for a project after the bulk of the products have been delivered to the job site. I am unable to add notes to identify what was added later and why.

Idea

Allow the ability to add notes to a material row in a BCML.
