Blocking - TLF accumulation for BCML

Problem Context

When working with a BCML, I am unable to create a blocking row that identifies that I need a single length of blocking that has been accumulated by TLF from the project design.
If I use the existing tools to create a single blocking entry, opti will be unable to break the blocking piece up into smaller chunks to satisfy from the waste/offcuts in the optimized solution.

Idea

Allow the ability t o designate that blocking is accumulated by TLF in the BCML material row.
