Select Builder - Auto Recommend

Problem Context

When working with a project, it is sometimes difficult to find the correct builder to connect to the project. In cases where the builder did exist, but was missed while scrolling through the list, a duplicate is created. This causes the issues with project information tracking.

Idea

Allow the builder dropdown to auto suggest when a partial builder name is entered.
