Project Grid - Header Row Contrast

Problem Context	When working with the Project Dashboard, it was easy to distinguish between the header and the rows of information since the header provided a fill color for the cells. When working with the Project Grid, the header row can sometimes be missed since it is very similar to the alternating row shading.
Idea	Provide more contrast between the header row and the project information rows.
