Assign Designer to Builder

Problem Context

I have designer that will always work on projects for a particular builder. When creating a project, i have to manually pick that designer for each project. This can sometimes get overlooked and will cause the project information to be incomplete.

Idea

Allow a designer to be linked to the builder so every project will have that designer auto assigned.
