Project Delete

Problem Context

Users report frustration that they are unable to delete projects. Users do not fully embrace that projects can be repurposed or there is greater emphasis on created date than repurposing would support. Users want to remove projects and not have them visible as part of Project Dashboard or Project Grid.

While we support the ability to set a project to "inactive", this continues to cause confusion for customers as there isn't a quick way to remove a project that was incorrectly created.
