The programmers can set whatever limits for passing that is desired, but should allow the user to enter whatever desired or actual conditions they have and then allow the system to proceed through analysis and show the failing results.

That output can then be forwarded to their engineers for additional review and, if the loads are acceptable, their engineer will return a passing analysis that can then be forwarded to the builder or inspector.
