The following terms shall apply to your idea submissions through any Boise Cascade website or other portal, including but not limited to https://boisecascade.ideas.aha.io/ideas: In consideration of Boise Cascade’s maintaining this site and portal and accepting your submissions, (1) you agree that your ideas will automatically become the property of Boise Cascade without compensation to you when you click on the “Share Idea” button, and (2) you agree that Boise Cascade may use the ideas for any purpose and in any way—even give them to others—without compensation or acknowledgement to you. You accordingly hereby assign and agree to assign all intellectual property rights you may have in and to any such idea(s) to Boise Cascade, and you waive your moral rights to attribution and integrity as to any such submitted ideas. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR IDEA TO BOISE CASCADE.
