Add the slope indicator to tall wall designs in BC Calc

The slope is not shown or listed anywhere on the tall wall report. I believe this should be added somewhere. Either on the wall layout or in the summary at the top of the report.

Ability to have more than two slopes in a tall wall design.

Example would be sloped at the ends of the wall with a flat part in the middle.

Allow wall to begin or end with a King stud

In many cases the first member of a tall wall needs to be a king stud. Allow an opening the start right at the edge of a wall. Right now, BC calc always tries to sneak a common stud in at the beginning or end of a wall

Create a visibility switch for rough opening dimensions on the layout

Some users want the rough opening dimensions displayed, some do not. Create a visibility switch so the user can turn them on or off. Maybe a setting to toggle all dimensions on or off too.

Create a load input helper that splits truss reactions into load components

Truss reactions are given as a total load, but BC Calc requires live, dead, snow, etc. components. Provide a helper utility where a user can input the total load reaction and split it into the load components required by BC Calc.
